Move gently. Breathe deeply.
Feel more like yourself.
Life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves. We can become stiff, stressed, overwhelmed and disconnected without even realising it. Yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and move with kindness, helping you reconnect with both your body and your mind.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after a break, my classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive and accessible.
There is no pressure to be flexible or experienced, simply come exactly as you are.
Yoga for Every Body
I believe yoga should be welcoming, accessible and free from judgement.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced or particularly fit to begin.
My classes are designed to help you move safely, build confidence and develop a kinder relationship with your body. Every posture can be adapted, and you will always be encouraged to listen to your own body and choose the option that feels right for you.
There is no pressure to keep up, perform or push beyond your limits. You are simply invited to arrive as you are, move in a way that supports you and enjoy the benefits of slowing down.
As a Trauma Informed yoga teacher, creating a calm, supportive and inclusive environment is at the heart of every class. My priority is that you feel safe, comfortable and able to move at your own pace.
More Than Just Movement
Yoga is about so much more than stretching or strengthening the body.
Every class weaves together mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation to help calm your nervous system as well as improve flexibility, balance and strength.
Many people arrive feeling tired, overwhelmed or carrying the weight of everyday life.
My hope is that you leave each class feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
It's never about achieving the perfect posture. It's about creating space to breathe, move with kindness and feel more like yourself.
A Warm Welcome Awaits
Walking into a new class can feel like a big step, but my hope is that you'll feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
You'll be welcomed into a calm, friendly space where there's no pressure to perform, no need to compare yourself with anyone else and no expectation to be anything other than yourself.
Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after a break or simply looking for a gentler approach, you'll be guided throughout the class with options and adaptations so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
You'll find a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where questions are always welcome, progress is never rushed, and every small step is celebrated.
Every session finishes with time to slow down, breathe and simply be. Many people tell me they come for the yoga but stay for the friendships, support and sense of community they find here.
My hope is that you'll leave feeling calmer, stronger and more like yourself than when you arrived.
